Event Coordination Opportunity
This exciting role involves being the main point of contact for all venue hire clients, building strong relationships and ensuring every event runs smoothly.
Key requirements include experience in function or event coordination, excellent customer service skills, communication skills, strategic thinking, computer literacy, and marketing/sales experience.
The ideal candidate will be able to spot new business opportunities and develop strategies to enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Coordinate events and ensure smooth execution
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Enhance customer experience through strategic planning
* Utilize computer software to manage bookings and contracts
Requirements:
* Diploma in Business Management or equivalent experience
* Experience in function or event coordination
* Excellent customer service skills and communication skills
* Ability to think and plan strategically
* Computer literacy in Word, Excel, and other software
* Marketing/sales experience and senior first aid certification
Working Hours: This is a permanent full-time position working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with some out-of-hours work required.
