Lake Imaging, founded in 2002, has become the largest radiology provider in central and western Victoria with more than 19 clinics providing a wide range of diagnostic imaging services to the St John of God private hospitals, community-based clinics and speciality centres in Melbourne, Ballarat, Geelong, Warrnambool.
ABOUT THE ROLE
What You'll Be Doing
* Answering Calls: Be the friendly, professional voice that patients and referrers hear.
* Scheduling: Use our state-of-the-art RIS system - Visage
* Maximising Efficiency: Keep things running smoothly by managing appointments.
* Referrals: Action patient referrals from multi-disciplinary teams
* Prepping Patients: Clear communication to patients informing them of preparation, costing estimates and other requirements.
This is a Full-Time role working Monday to Friday.
