Lead a High-Performing Sales Team
Eftsure is seeking an experienced sales leader to steer one of the largest SDR teams in the country. As our Head of Global Sales Development, you will lead a powerhouse squad of Sales Development Managers (SDMs) and 40+ Sales Development Representatives.
Your mission is to build, inspire, and elevate a high-performing team that drives pipeline growth and keeps our revenue engine running at full throttle. If you love the thrill of scaling teams, optimizing sales strategies, and making a real impact, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Sales Development Managers to achieve and exceed team targets.
* Develop and refine outbound prospecting strategies, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
* Implement best practices for prospecting, outreach, and lead qualification.
* Track and analyse key performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
* Work closely with Marketing and Sales to align strategies and improve lead generation efforts.
* Overlook the recruitment and onboarding of new SDRs to ensure team success.
* Work closely with the Sales Development Managers to monitor employee turnover.
* Utilize CRM and sales engagement tools to manage and measure team performance.
* Create and refine processes, playbooks, and outreach strategies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
* Foster a high-energy, results-driven culture where your team is motivated to perform at their best.
* Analyse performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
