This role requires strong business process and accounting knowledge to work with our customers and technical teams in the full lifecycle of our solutions, from pre-sales to implementation and customer support. Accounting experience is necessary; however, all other skills will be taught in the role.

Requirements
* Strong written and spoken communication skills- MUST speak fluent English
* Preferably a CA or CPA qualification
* Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis capabilities
* Proficiency in understanding and documenting Business Processes
* Solid understanding of financial and accounting principles
* Proficient computer/IT skills(Excel, Word & PowerPoint) with perhaps some experience as an ERP power user or involvement with an ERP implementation
* Experience dealing with clients or other external parties.
Responsibilities
We are looking for an Accountant who wants to expand their horizon beyond the typical Accountant's role in public practice or preparing month-end management accounts, producing financial projections, and other responsibilities such as cash flow, payroll, AR, AP, etc. These skills and experience provide a good foundation for us to train a successful candidate to engage with our clients and other team members through the entire ERP Implementation lifecycle as outlined below:
* Participation in pre-sales activities
* Formulation of scoping and requirements through liaison with the client and other team members
* Participation in the implementation process, including involvement with system setup, project coordination, and governance meetings.
* End-user Training
* Provide client assistance once the client goes live with the new system
