At Clearview Skylights, we're all about brightening up spaces with stunning skylights, and now we're looking for an enthusiastic Marketing, Social Media & Administration Assistant to join our family-owned business. As Perth's go-to destination for all things skylights, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and unbeatable craftsmanship. We are a team that values creativity, hard work, and a positive attitude

This is a full-time role based in our Wangara Showroom, working from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday (with an alternating Saturday). We offer flexibility, a great work/life balance, and an opportunity to make a real impact

What You'll Be Doing:

Office Administration

You'll be the heart of our office Manage daily operations, assist with scheduling, and provide top-tier customer service. You'll be the friendly face clients trust with their skylight needs.

Customer Service

Handle incoming enquiries, welcome customers into our showroom, follow up with clients, and ensure all inquiries are met with warmth and professionalism. You'll leave our customers with a smile every time

Scheduling & Coordination

Assist in scheduling jobs, managing bookings, and supporting our operations team with admin tasks. You'll ensure everything runs smoothly

Content Creation

Get creative Design eye-catching marketing materials (flyers, social media posts, etc.) that showcase our brand. Use tools like Canva to make us shine online and in print.

Social Media Management

You'll take the reins on social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. From creating content to writing engaging captions, you'll be our social media superstar, helping us grow our digital presence.

Sales & Marketing

Create captivating email campaigns through Mailchimp, help develop marketing strategies, and represent us at networking events. Plus, you'll manage our online reviews and customer feedback, keeping our reputation as bright as our skylights

What We're Looking For:

Communication Pro

You've got strong written and verbal communication skills, whether it's chatting with clients, writing social media captions, or sending out email newsletters, you're always clear and engaging.

Admin & Organisation Wizard

You're super organised, with solid admin experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is a must Familiarity with Tradify, Simpro, or AroFlo is a plus. You know how to juggle multiple tasks without missing a beat

Design & Content Creation Skills

If Canva is your playground and design is your passion, we want you You have a great eye for design details and love creating content that catches people's attention. Bonus points for experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)

Social Media Savvy

You know the ins and outs of social media, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, you can spot trends and create content that gets noticed. Experience managing social media accounts is a plus

Creative & Proactive

You bring fresh ideas to the table and can think outside the box. We want someone who isn't afraid to take initiative and bring their creative flair to the role.

Team Player

You've got a friendly, can-do attitude and work well both independently and as part of a team. You're collaborative, positive, and ready to contribute to a supportive work environment.
