About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Assistant Store Manager to lead our Cairns and Smithfield teams, creating memorable customer experiences and supporting store performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and inspire your team to achieve their best.
2. Store Operations: Manage daily store activities, ensuring a welcoming environment filled with positive energy.
3. Customer Service: Resolve inquiries patiently and effectively, leaving customers satisfied.
4. Training & Development: Support onboarding and ongoing development of team members.
