The Package:
* Base salary + comms + super
* On-target earnings $85-90K (base + commission)
* Monday to Saturday 8:30am – 6pm (weekly RDO)
* Opportunity to develop customer service, negotiation, and vehicle valuation skills
What you'll be doing:
* Learning to appraise and buy used vehicles from a variety of sources
* Supporting vehicle inventory management to maximise turnover
* Conducting valuations and assisting with vehicle transport
* Building relationships with customers and sellers
* Handling administrative tasks, paperwork, and documentation
* Working closely with your manager and team while gaining on-the-job training
What you'll need:
* Ambitious, motivated, and eager to learn
* Strong communication and confidence to interact with private sellers
* Analytical mindset and willingness to follow processes
* Hunger, accountability, and pride in your work
* Intermediate PC skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
* Current Driver's Licence
Desirable:
* Interest in the automotive industry
* Previous customer service experience is a bonus!!!
