In addition to the above, applicants must have:
* At least 1 year experience in a Managed IT Services role, or similar small business IT role.
* Experience supporting:
* PC Hardware
* Windows Desktop & applications
* Windows Server, Active Directory, File & Print.
* Office 365
* Quiet, private location to work from home within Greater Brisbane. (We will supply your computer equipment)
* Open driver's license and vehicle for occasional on-site work in Brisbane and surrounds.
About the Role
* Work from home (WFH)
* Full-time 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday
We can be flexible with these hours occasionally as needed.
* Day-to-day work consists of remote helpdesk technical support for our managed IT service customers.
* We supply and support their internet, telephones, computers, networks, servers, cloud systems and software licencing.
* The majority of the work is remote and can be done from home, however you will need to attend the customer's premises for new installations and upgrades.
* Project work consists of new customer onboarding, system upgrades, and deployments.
