Join the RDPH Division of Emergency Medicine as a Senior Aboriginal Health Practitioner and be part of an exciting Youth Patient Navigation Pilot Program in the Emergency Department. Working alongside a Social Worker, this role delivers culturally safe, youth-friendly care to young people with complex social and emotional wellbeing needs, while strengthening pathways between hospital and community services. You will play a key role in improving health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people. Extended hours and weekend work may be required.
