PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
Provide assistance to the Procurement Manager and Stores Assistant in the efficient management and movement of equipment, parts, materials and services, as required, to enable the optimisation of the site plant, equipment and grounds across all Hazeldene's sites.
Hazeldenes is committed to providing appropriate training and support to all of its employees. The Store Person will actively participate in all training to reach performance objectives as outlined in this Position Description.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Monitor stock levels and report low stock volume to the Store Co Ordinator or Procurement Manager.
* Provide a timely, professional and accurate customer service experience at all times
* Ensure that all work is carried out to a high standard taking into account the operational requirements of all areas of Hazeldenes
* Maintain accurate and timely records of stock movement as required
* Work as an effective member of the team, including maintaining effective levels of communication
* Follow all systems and processes to ensure that OHS and HR requirements are met
* Unload trucks, check against manifest and replenish stock to the correct location. Report any faults/damages or missing goods.
* Other duties as may be requested within the skill level of this role
