Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare quotes for potential projects;
* Analyse, design, and solve problems using software to facilitate geotechnical and civil designs;
* Provide construction phase advice, inspection, and assessment for building, infrastructure, and landslide remediation projects;
* Plan, coordinate, and perform field investigations for residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects;
* Undertake site inspections, testing, geological face mapping, monitoring services for construction sites for earthworks, pavements, road, and rail projects;
* Write technical memoranda, letters, and reports to a high standard for clients;
* Develop business relationships with clients and manage their accounts.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, the successful applicant will have:
* A minimum of five years' professional experience as a Geotechnical Engineer or Engineering Geologist;
* A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
* Proven problem-solving and pattern recognition skills;
* High level of computer and writing skills;
* Commitment to safety and professional integrity;
* A valid Australian driver's license (Class C).
