We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our Sunshine Coast team. You will be responsible for:
* Processing the weekly payroll for our temporary Employees and Contractors.
* Processing the weekly invoices to our Clients.
* Processing monthly superannuation contributions.
* Answering payroll, invoicing and general inquiries.
* Maintaining Employee records.
* Following up outstanding Employee paperwork and debtors.
* Provision of high quality administration and recruitment support to our Consultants.
Skills / Knowledge Required:
* Demonstrated experience in general administration, accounts payable / receivable, payroll and / or HR support.
* Sound numeracy skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Well developed communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build positive relationships with our Clients, Employees and Candidates.
* Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Ability to learn quickly.
Part-time hours are negotiable. Must be able to work Mondays and Tuesdays. Please state your availability in your application.
