An exciting, high-profile Site Manager position has become available in one of our most prestigious accounts with Reserve Bank Australia. Located in HC Coombs, sits a stunningly fresh and sleek venue incorporating a café, private dining rooms, and executive boardrooms. We're looking for an experienced hospitality manager with corporate background to come and join us and lead our dynamic catering component!
This role offers a Monday to Friday roster, a generous salary package, the support of a National Operations team, and the autonomy to allow you to be you and shine.
**Key Duties**
- Client management, event planning, and operational setup to deliver successful functions
- Mentoring and growing your team
- Conduct regular site inspections, client follow-ups and liaison, ensuring operation meets Compass Group standards
- Work co-operatively with the operations and kitchen teams daily, provide strong leadership and guidance
- Consistently re-evaluate working practices in terms of efficiency, innovation and cost cutting procedures and seek out and implement new practices where required
- Invest in relationships with industry peers and colleagues to ensure best practice methods are applied and the team is up to date with industry/global trends
**The Person**
- Demonstrated experience at management level, qualifications in hospitality with business management preferred
- Experience in a comparable environment or within a multi-site catering environment
- Ability to connect with key stakeholders and deliver superior service levels
- Proactive leader who is skilled, positive, supportive and motivated with experience in recruiting, mentoring, training and developing a team of hospitality professionals
