This is an on-site position located in Warragul and surrounding suburbs. This role offers the chance for career progression within the Job Coach team.
Responsibilities
- Guide clients towards job-readiness and create opportunities for employment when they are ready to work.
- Work one-on-one with clients to provide support for a sustainable career.
- Encourage and motivate participants through appropriate activities to find their own employment.
- Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for clients.
- Reverse market clients to employers and place participants into sustainable employment.
- Ensure all activity is properly recorded and adheres to compliance and contractual requirements.
- Provide exceptional service to clients, employers, and partners at every stage of the process.
You will be working with a vibrant, collaborative and goals-focused team of employment services professionals from diverse backgrounds who are committed to impact in the diversity and inclusion space.
Qualifications
Attributes and Experience:
- Experience in customer service or a client-facing role, minimum one year’s experience.
- Ideally, demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges.
- Confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders.
- Confident working to KPIs and making placements that result in sustainable employment for clients and employers.
- Desire to be part of the atWork Australia family, with a belief in connecting people and business so both can thrive.
- Current Driver's Licence.
