We're offering a rare opportunity for an Apprentice Butcher to join our
team in Gwynneville, working under the guidance of our Head of Retail
Butchery - Rob Williams.
If you're serious about learning traditional butchery from carcass to
counter, this role will give you hands-on experience with ethically
sourced, premium meats and a clear pathway to mastery in the trade.

* A first year apprentice butcher, no experience required.
