We are seeking an experienced Senior Automotive Technician to join our team at Osborne Park Kia and MG, specialising in used car reconditioning across all makes and models. In this role, you will also be responsible for leading and running a small team of used car technicians, ensuring high standards of productivity, quality, and teamwork are consistently achieved. If you're a skilled technician with strong diagnostic ability, a high attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality workmanship, we want to hear from you!
About the Role
* Completing high-quality vehicle inspections and reconditioning work
* Run a small team of used car technicians
* Performing diagnostics, mechanical repairs and general servicing
* Working across a wide range of makes and models
* Ensuring vehicles meet safety, quality and compliance standards
* Identifying required parts and reporting on repair needs
* Maintaining a safe, clean and efficient workshop environment
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as an Automotive Technician (used car reconditioning experience essential)
* Strong understanding of mechanical systems and diagnostic procedures
* Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
* High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* A valid and current driver's licence
* Must have valid Australian working rights or Australian citizenship
