Regional Sales Manager Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive growth in our B2B and B2G sales across Australia and Asia. As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, client acquisition and relationship management, market research, sales presentations, lead generation and pipeline management, offer preparation and contract negotiation, cross-functional collaboration, and reporting and forecasting.
* Design and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the Australia and Asia region market, focusing on both B2G and B2B sectors to increase market share and meet revenue goals.
* Identify new business opportunities, build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the drone industry to support strategic planning and market positioning.
* Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that clearly communicate the value of our drone solutions to potential clients and partners.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
You will need 5-10 years of proven experience in B2G and B2B sales, preferably within the technology, aerospace, defense, or security sectors, a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, fluency in English, a strong understanding of the Australia and Asia region business environment, and excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
