Our client is an established consulting firm specialising within the civil subdivision sector operating for several years, providing consistent high-quality service to various large projects interstate. Due to growth of the company and their increasing levels of current projects, an opportunity exists for a Town Planner to join their highly capable team.
The role will have you assist on projects and take daily responsibility for client management support, project delivery and analysis of legislation. In this role you will be working on preparation and review of project feasibility. You will be involved in the preparation of comprehensive planning reports and proposals as well as undertake planning assessments, investigation and analysis of NSW legislation, guidelines and related documentation for a range of different project types.
- Tertiary qualification in Town Planning
- Minimum 5 years industry experience working in a similar role
- Experience in NSW town planning legislation
- High level communication, analytical skills
- Attention to detail and delivery of quality outputs to tight deadlines
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Collaborative and highly motivated
