Your new role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work closely with leaders across the business to deliver best-practice recruitment outcomes. You will coach and influence hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring alignment with contemporary sourcing strategies, compliance requirements and an exceptional candidate experience.
You will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment activities, from role creation through to placement, while proactively building and maintaining strong pipelines of talent to meet both current and future workforce needs. A key focus of the role will be on direct sourcing strategies, using innovative approaches and market insights to identify and engage passive candidates.
In this role, you will design and execute targeted sourcing campaigns, leveraging tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, talent search platforms and broader social media channels. You will assess candidates using behavioural-based interviewing techniques, ensuring alignment across skills, capability and cultural fit, while maintaining high standards of candidate care.
You will also play a key role in developing and maintaining talent pools, regularly engaging with candidates to gather and share market intelligence and promote upcoming opportunities. Using data and recruitment metrics, you will provide insights and recommendations to inform hiring decisions and continuously improve recruitment outcomes.
What you'll need to succeed
You will bring demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment within a fast-paced environment, with strong capability in sourcing, stakeholder engagement and candidate management. Your ability to coach leaders and influence recruitment practices will be critical, alongside your experience using psychometric tools and applicant tracking systems.
You are highly skilled in identifying and engaging talent through a variety of channels and have a strong understanding of social media trends and recruitment technologies, including Boolean search techniques. Your approach is proactive, resilient and adaptable, with a strong focus on delivering positive candidate and hiring leader experiences.
You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to assess candidate suitability and provide well-considered recommendations. You are confident in developing compelling job advertisements and recruitment materials that attract high-quality talent, and you maintain accurate and timely records of all recruitment activity.A degree in business or a related discipline will be highly regarded, along with your commitment to continuous improvement and inclusive hiring practices.
