We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Digital Health Solutions Manager** for our _Core _business. This role is based at our head office in Macquarie Park.
Reporting to the Digital Health Solutions Director (APAC), this role is to lead the commercial team for the Digital Health Solution Business in ANZ.
**Your responsibilities include (and not limited to)**:
- Managing assigned Digital Health Solutions P&L and 20% of regional non-instrument revenue, ensure business functions drive operational efficiencies, and improve gross margin & division margin to meet the financial profile
- Developing and executing an annual strategic plan to meet sales and margin commitment
- Leading the regional team, including dotted line support to ensure team is equipped with the appropriate training and resources for success
- Identifying customer needs and support team to demonstrate the value of customers leveraging Digital Health Solutions products and services
- Creating demand by identifying new products and solutions that are customer-centric with the potential to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with other functions to evaluate the value and feasibility of introducing new or customised products and services
- Engaging regularly with cross-functional team to ensure effective relationship between districts and alignment on priorities for dotted line support
- Joining team members for field travel on a regular basis to assess business opportunities, build customer relationships and provide coaching to all employees
- Developing a high-performance team, by acquiring, developing, and retaining top talent; drive a culture of continuous improvement, creativity, and accountability.
**Who we're looking for**:
- Bachelor's degree is required; master's degree preferred
- Sales experience in the Diagnostic industry; 5+ years in sales roles with demonstrated ability to align and integrate diverse business teams and functions to ensure they work together to deliver results
- Experience leading & executing complex (multi stakeholder/multiyear) contract negotiations
- Proven track record in gaining market share or growing the market and/or renewing /defending existing business
- Sales experience in the Diagnostic industry
