Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Duty Manager role located in Rockhampton, QLD. As a Duty Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of CocoBrew, ensuring smooth service delivery and excellent customer experiences. You will manage staff, coordinate schedules, address customer inquiries, and maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness. Leading by example, you will handle operational challenges and assist in achieving business goals efficiently and effectively. Stock management, general administrative duties, and compliance with company policies will also be part of your day-to-day tasks.
Qualifications
* Strong organizational and leadership skills with experience in team management and staff supervision
* Knowledge of health, safety, and food handling standards, as well as compliance with industry regulations
* Customer service skills including problem-solving, communication, and conflict resolution
* Experience in inventory control, stock management, and general administrative tasks
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
* Previous experience in hospitality or a related industry will be highly regarded
