About the Role
Be home every night with 4on/3off roster available
We are seeking a permanent CNC Machinist to join our skilled and supportive team.
This role requires someone confident in programming, setting, and operating CNC machines while maintaining high standards of precision and workmanship.
Pay rates based on knowledge and experience, a rare opportunity to get paid what your worth.
Key Responsibilities
* Program, set, and operate CNC lathes and Mills
* Must demonstrate the ability to create programs for precision machining operations
* Ideally have knowledge on Fanuc controls
* Ideal Candidates will have hands-on experience operating both CNC lathes and milling machines
* Read and interpret technical drawings
* Perform precision machining to job specifications
* Work to customer drawings and tolerances
* Maintain high attention to detail and have pride in finished work
* Plan and complete jobs independently when required
* Adhere to safety and quality standards
* Positively contribute as part of a team

Skills & Experience Required
* preferred Australian Recognised Trade Certificate – Machinist / Fitter & Turner
* Proven CNC experience (essential)
* Minimum of 1 year of hands-on CNC machining experience required
* Strong work ethic and \"can-do\" attitude
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work in Australia (preferred but see below)
* Willing to sponsor on 482 visas if you are already in Australia
