We are seeking a Radiation Therapist to deliver quality radiation therapy planning and treatment as prescribed by a Radiation Oncologist. This full-time position reports to the Clinical Lead Radiation Therapist.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality, safe, patient-centred clinical radiation therapy planning and treatment delivery services that complies with all relevant safety and quality standards.
* Maintain the highest standards of patient care and continually enhance the quality of service and patient experience.
* Liaise with members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure patient needs are met in a timely manner.
* Exhibit a strong patient focus and treat all patients and their carers with respect, dignity, and equality.
* Support a high-performance culture that delivers quality patient care services through a patient‐centric and collaborative approach.

Skills & Experience
* Proven technical proficiency in radiation therapy treatment planning and delivery.
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills that inspire the trust and confidence required to build strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
* Demonstrated understanding of, and a commitment to, the delivery of high‐quality radiation therapy services.
* Ability to adhere to clinical protocols and procedures.
* Understanding of the service delivery model within the private healthcare sector.
* Demonstrable capacity to work effectively and positively both independently, and as a member of the multidisciplinary team.
* Current AHPRA Registration as a Radiation Therapist.
