About LTS Equipment Since 1981, LTS Equipment has supported Australian industry with professional cleaning equipment, forklifts/EWPs, and warehousing solutions. Our Shepparton branch focuses on the Professional Kärcher range, providing both sales and service, and also supports brands including Skyjack, Linde, CAT and Snorkel.
The role We're seeking a trade qualified technician to be our in-house workshop tech and counter sales specialist in Shepparton. You'll diagnose and repair professional cleaning equipment, handle parts and service enquiries, and help customers choose the right solution—balancing hands-on technical work with customer-facing support.
What you'll do
* Diagnose, service and repair professional Kärcher equipment (pressure washers, scrubbers, vacuums and related) in the workshop
* Manage counter/phone enquiries; provide product advice, quotes and job bookings
* Process parts orders, warranty claims and job documentation
* Commission and test equipment; provide basic customer demos
* Maintain a safe, tidy workshop and comply with procedures
* Occasional local on-site service as required
What you'll bring
* Trade qualification: Cert III in Automotive Electrical, Automotive, Refrigeration, or Heavy Diesel (or similar)
* Strong diagnostics and repair capability across small engines/electrical/mechanical systems
* Customer service mindset with clear communication at the counter and on the phone
* Organised, safe work practices and basic computer skills (job cards, quoting, parts lookups)
* Current driver's licence
Licences/tickets (nice to have)
* Forklift (LF), EWP over 11m, MR Licence
