Job Opportunity: Sales Administrator
We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team in Gold Coast, AU.
This part-time role may suit someone returning to work or seeking flexible hours.
You will be guaranteed 25 hours per week and report directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing proposals, contracts, and supporting sales documents
* Ensuring accurate data entry and record-keeping in CRM systems
* Creating daily and weekly reports, processing payments, and producing invoices
* Assisting the sales team with site inspections, familiarisations, and tradeshows
Requirements:
* Experience with Delphi Sales Force, Opera PMS, and ANAIS systems
* Recent experience in high-volume, fast-paced business environments
* Strong attention to detail and expert Microsoft Office skills
* A vibrant personality, professional presentation, and positive attitude
