This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for the day-to-day financial operations, supporting both the Bookkeeper and CFO.

Location and Remuneration
Cremorne • Full-time Permanent • $60,000 - $70,000 + super (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Banking & Reconciliations
- Reporting & Compliance: Support BAS, payroll, and superannuation processing
- Assist with end-of-month and year-end reporting
- Systems & Process Improvement: Maintain accuracy in accounting software
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency
Skills & Attributes
Solid knowledge of AP/AR and general accounting principles.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
Proactive communicator with problem-solving mindset.
Proficient in MYOB (or similar) and MS Excel.
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Accounting (preferred).
1 year experience in a similar accounts role ideal but not necessary.
Experience in AP, AR, and reconciliations.
