Key Responsibilities
* Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, performance reviews, and policy advice for the Perth corporate office.
* Partner with global HR teams to deliver a multi-year program aligning people systems across operations.
* Provide strategic and operational HR support to project-based leadership teams during large-scale project development.
* Maintain HR systems, employee master data, and culture initiatives such as employee surveys.
