We are seeking a skilled Product Specialist to join our team, providing technical support and expertise to our customers in Underground Mining.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering on-site technical assistance, developing customer relationships, and providing advanced technical support for complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver Technical Expertise: Provide on-site technical assistance to resolve issues efficiently.
* Develop Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with customers to ensure they have a positive experience with our brand.
* Provide Advanced Support: Offer technical support for complex issues to end-users, operators, and service personnel.
* Collaborate with Colleagues: Work with Technical Support Managers and Factory Product Engineering to enhance equipment and improve processes.
* Analyze Data: Analyze machine downtime and develop actionable plans to optimize operations.
Requirements:
* Experience: A minimum of 7 years' post-trade experience in Underground Mining.
* Certification: Relevant mechanical or electrical trade certificate or equivalent.
* Skills: Excellent communication skills, high level of interpersonal skills, and sound computer literacy.
