What you will do
* Prospect and pursue new logos across NSW hospitals, health districts, and NSW government
* Build and manage a structured pipeline of qualified Networking Solutions opportunities
* Engage senior and executive decision‐makers with insight‐led conversations
* Lead complex sales cycles from identification through to close
* Develop territory and account plans aligned to revenue targets
* Collaborate with solutions, presales, and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals
* Represent the business at industry events and forums
What we are looking for?
* Proven track record in new business development within ICT, telecommunications, or technology services
* Experience selling into healthcare, government, or large enterprise accounts
* Confident engaging at CIO, CFO, and Board level
* Strong commercial acumen with a disciplined approach to pipeline management
* Ability to navigate complex, multi‐stakeholder procurement environments
* Self‐starter with a competitive drive and high personal accountability
* Experience with solutions spanning networking, (private) cloud, security, or communications (Cisco, Alcatel, MikroTik)
