* Ability to build rapport with and support Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander learners
* Ability and willingness to teach a variety of subject areas across Years 7-12
* Experience and/or knowledge in trauma-informed practices in an educational setting or willingness to learn
* Possession of a current Blue Card Exemption
