Responsibilities include high voltage operations, performing HV switching, managing HV isolation and risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with all safety and operational standards. The role involves supporting testing and commissioning activities and collaborating with clients to achieve project objectives safely and efficiently.Qualifications Proven competency in High Voltage Operating, HV switching, and HV isolation proceduresExperience in high voltage cable jointing and terminations desirable but not necessary for the HVO roleUnderstanding of testing equipment and processes, including VLF, Hi-Pot, transformer testing, and protection systems testingExcellent safety-conscious approach and ability to adhere to compliance regulationsEffective communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skillsAbility to work in an on-site environment and support operational teams in real-timeRelevant qualifications in electrical tradeExperience in mining, critical infrastructure, energy, or BESS industries is an advantage
