Since launching in mid-2024, we’ve rapidly become a trusted name in the Bundaberg region for delivering quality training in CHC30121 Certificate III and CHC50121 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.

Who We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking an engaging, passionate trainer who genuinely wants to support the next generation of early childhood educators. You’ll deliver practical, workplace-based training and classroom-based sessions, guiding learners through their full journey—from theory to hands-on assessments.
Training experience is highly valued. If you're a trainer with exceptional people skills and a drive to inspire others, we’ll provide the support and training you need to become a top-tier Trainer and Assessor.
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver training for CHC30121 and CHC50121 either on-site in early learning centres or from your very own Acorn College classroom
· Assess students' practical work in real-world settings and mark theory units
· Provide ongoing support and mentorship throughout the student journey
What You’ll Need
· Qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care
· A current Blue Card (Paid – Working with Children Check)
· Great communication, organisation, and time management skills
· TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or working towards it)
· A positive attitude, a team player spirit, and a passion for mentoring future educators
