Leadership Role in Dispute Resolution
We are seeking a seasoned leader to head our Dispute Resolution and Litigation Branch. As Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading high-performing teams and driving business growth through strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Originate motions, common law, statutory benefits prosecutions, and alternative dispute resolution associated administrative functions.
* Ensure high-quality, efficient, cost-effective legal services delivered, driving cultural and operational improvements.
* Collaborate with external stakeholders and internal partners to enhance services and drive performance in innovative ways.
* Play a key role in leading transformation initiatives and implementing optimized protocols to improve client outcomes and position our organization as a leader in social insurance legal services.
About You
* Bring extensive experience leading sizable teams and business units, with a strong track record of guiding people through reform and cultural change.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, influencing stakeholders at all levels to achieve shared objectives, skilled in mediation, problem-solving, and bringing people together to deliver sustainable solutions.
* Substantial expertise in legal claims, business management, and presenting clear, practical options to improve services for clients and stakeholders within the Victorian community.
