About the role
We're seeking a creative and strategic Digital Media Coordinator to elevate Evomed's digital presence. This role is ideal for someone who understands the healthcare landscape and can translate clinical innovation into engaging, accessible content. You'll play a key role in building awareness, fostering community, and driving meaningful conversations around medication safety, patient comfort, and clinical efficiency
This position is primarily based in our Hobart office to support collaboration, with some flexibility to work from home. This role is perfect for a social media 'all-rounder' wanting greater autonomy and flexibility (i.e. 3-4 days per week), Plus you'll be joining a 'family-friendly' company with a great reputation and team culture.
The Digital Medi Coordinator is responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across all social media platforms to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and support marketing objectives. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of digital trends.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and schedule engaging content across platforms (e.g., Facebook, TIKTOK, Instagram, LinkedIn, X)
* Craft messaging that resonates with aged care professionals, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare stakeholders
* Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and foster community engagement
* Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and campaigns
* Track performance metrics and generate reports to inform strategy
* Stay informed on digital trends and healthcare sector developments
Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong writing and communication skills
* Proficiency in social media tools and analytics platforms
* Ability to adapt tone and content for diverse audiences
* Creative mindset with attention to detail
* Experience in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
