Service Delivery Lead

The Role:
They are seeking an experienced Service Delivery lead with a strong clinical background to provide Operational, Clinical, and Strategic leadershipacross their SIL services.
This multi-site role ensures exceptional participant outcomes, workforce capability, and compliance through clinical oversight, operational governance, and people leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple SIL houses, ensuring NDIS compliance and high-quality participant care.
* Provide clinical governance over medication management, infection control, risk management, and incident investigation.
* Mentor and develop HTLs, RNs, and other clinical staff to build capable, accountable teams.
* Lead workforce planning, rostering, and budget management across sites.
* Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions promptly.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives, audit compliance, and policy implementation.
* Maintain strong communication with participants, families, guardians, and allied professionals.
* Ensure WHS compliance and promote a culture of safety across all sites.
Requirements:
* Clinical background (RN or allied health professional) with minimum 5 years' leadership experience in disability, health, or community services is preffered but not essential.
* Proven experience managing multi-site operations and clinical governance.
* Certificate IV or higher in Leadership and Management (or equivalent).
* Strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards, clinical governance, and risk management.
* Strategic, analytical, and people-focused leadership style.
