CPR Group, a leading consultancy for community and sporting organisations, is seeking a
Customer Success Administrator
to join our Maroochydore head office. This role provides critical support to our consulting teams. It is ideal for a graduate or student with a background and interest in Business and Sports Administration.

For over 28 years, CPR Group has worked to enhance the capacity of governance personnel and sports administrators across Australia. We support a diverse range of clients, including clubs, NPOs, state/national sporting organisations, universities, and local councils. The
Customer Success Administrator
owns the administrative "cadence" of our projects, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations so that our consultants can focus on strategic delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Front Office & Inquiry Triage: Serving as the first point of contact and managing incoming inquiries via phone and web.
* Project & Compliance Support: Handling project initiation, onboarding, and the end-to-end process for lodging statutory compliance forms (e.g., with the Office of Fair Trading).
* Data & CRM Management: Maintaining high-level data integrity within the CRM system for all contacts and project deals.
* Consulting Team Assistance: Providing administrative aid for constitution reviews, strategic plans, and business optimisation strategies.
* Office Operations: Managing office supplies, document filing/shredding, and basic financial admin support.

Required Skills and Attributes:

* Education: Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Business, Sports Administration, or Exercise Science.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency with Mac OS and Google Workspace; experience with CRMs and AI/automation is beneficial.
* Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner.

Mindset:

* A proactive, organised self-starter who is resilient and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

A current drivers licence is required for this role. Both full-time, or part-time with a view to full-time will be considered. This position is available immediately.
