Job Description
SUPER SHINE PAINTING PTY. LTD. Apply coatings such as paint, ink, or lacquer using spray guns, brushes, or other tools Inspect finished surfaces to ensure they meet specifications and touch up defects Read job orders and assess workpieces to determine procedures and materials required Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, or using solvents and other methods Remove excess coating material and ensure proper finish setting Operate drying equipment such as ovens or dryers to cure finishes Mix and prepare coating materials according to specifications Heat or melt materials to required temperatures Repair imperfections using fillers such as putty Immerse workpieces in coating materials where required Perform decorative detailing, including cutting and placing design elements
What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of painting or coating experience Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to follow instructions and read job specifications
