Job Description:
You will be the Chief Executive's right-hand person, providing exceptional support to enable them to focus on strategic initiatives, decision-making, and achieving organisational goals.
As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks that require discretion, professionalism, and precision.
This includes advising the Chief Executive on matters requiring their attention, identifying and following up on action items from meetings, and preparing documentation for meetings attended by the Chief Executive.
You will also manage the Chief Executive's calendar, scheduling appointments and travel arrangements, and prepare proposals, reports, spreadsheets, briefing papers, and presentations as needed.
Additionally, you will schedule Executive and Board meetings, prepare agendas and papers, attend meetings, and record minutes. You will also proofread meeting papers and collaborate with others to ensure accuracy.
In the Chief Executive's absence, you will identify matters requiring attention and either take action or delegate appropriately.
Key Responsibilities:
