Your new role
As an Associate Civil Engineer, you'll lead medium to large-scale civil projects from concept to completion. This includes pricing, tender submissions, technical documentation, scheduling, and resourcing. You'll apply engineering principles to deliver tailored solutions, produce high-quality designs, reports, and specifications, and ensure compliance with relevant codes and WHS practices.
You'll also mentor engineers, drafters, and graduates, sharing your technical expertise and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Building strong client relationships and staying across industry trends will be key, as will be contributing to the consultancy's growth through effective project and financial management.
What you'll need to succeed
