We’re looking for an Office Manager to join a construction business in Brisbane. This role covers a broad mix of administration, HR coordination, project support and office management, with plenty of variety day to day.
About You:
You’ll be organised, reliable and confident managing multiple priorities. Experience in construction or a similar industry is highly regarded, but solid office management and administration skills are most important.
Key Responsibilities:
- General office administration and reception support
- HR tasks including onboarding, compliance, and staff coordination
- Assist project teams with tenders, safety folders and handover documentation
- Coordinate training, licences, and workplace health and safety requirements
- Manage office logistics, equipment, supplies and event planning
