About the Role

As part of this position, you'll be responsible for selling a dynamic portfolio of sustainability and ESG-driven solutions, including:

- SustainaBase – A robust carbon accounting platform that helps businesses accurately track, manage, and report greenhouse gas emissions.

- Celsia – A sophisticated tool tailored for EU Taxonomy and CSRD compliance, simplifying sustainability disclosures for large organizations.

- ICS Sustainability Suite – A comprehensive set of tools for ESG benchmarking and advisory, covering GHG emissions, materiality analysis, and social impact evaluation.

Your Responsibilities

- Manage the full sales process—from identifying prospects to closing deals—with publicly traded companies and large enterprises.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders such as sustainability leaders, finance professionals, and governance executives.

- Drive account strategy, uncovering new business and cross-selling across ISS-Corporate's broader ESG and governance offerings.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success.

- Monitor trends in sustainability, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics to inform effective selling strategies.

What You Bring

- Proven success in B2B sales with 5+ years of experience in sustainability, SaaS, data solutions, financial services, or ESG-related consulting.

- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence engaging with senior-level and C-suite executives.

- Strategic mindset, able to translate client challenges into tailored ESG solutions.

- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, capable of thriving both independently and in team settings.

- Deep interest in ESG, sustainability, and corporate impact.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
