About The Role:
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with competitive rates. The successful candidate will have proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
Responsibilities:
* Provide executive support to two senior managers
* Manage calendars, meetings, and travel bookings
* Prepare and format documents, reports, and emails
* Handle confidential information with care
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
* Support general admin tasks like invoices and records
Requirements:
* Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
