Our client is seeking a hands-on people focused Sales Manager to lead and optimize sales operations across the state. In this role, you will oversee the deployment of tactical sales plans, analyze market trends, and help coach and improve the performance of your team to achieve growth targets. You will also collaborate with various departments to enhance service quality and maximize market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Coach and develop your sales team, providing clear direction, feedback, and career development support.
* Oversee the deployment of tactical plans for products and services, setting targets and ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Analyse market dynamics and recommend strategic partnerships to capitalize on growth opportunities.
* Steer overall performance, including revenue, gross profit and implement corrective actions as needed.

Skills & Experience

* Passion & experience in managing a sales team, including developing and supporting team members.
* Experience in the hardware sector is highly valued
* Experience in designing and implementing sales programs and strategies.
* Proficient in using CRM systems for maintaining & cultivating client relationships.
* Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and make data-driven decisions.
