About the role: Lead audit and quality improvement initiatives applying evidence-based practice and quality frameworks. Analyse complex clinical and operational data to identify emerging risks and drive continuous improvement. Engage effectively with patients and the healthcare team to explain clinical governance information. Prepare accurate high-level documentation and reports for diverse stakeholders. Contribute to education activities and the capability development of the multidisciplinary team. About you: You are a qualified Allied Health Practitioner with registration through your appropriate authority (AHPRA, AASW, etc). You have a high-level understanding of relevant standards and clinical governance processes. You possess strong analytical skills and the ability to develop flexible solutions for complex issues. You are a collaborative leader who can influence practice and support a culture of safety. You demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement. You are dedicated to ongoing professional learning and supporting the development of colleagues.
