Overview
Resident Medical Officer - Emergency Medicine (ED) - 130 per hour. Locum cover is required for 9 October 2025. This is a level-3 acute care rural hospital, based 190km south of Brisbane. The hospital cares for over 2,800 patients every year, undertaking over 940 surgical procedures and 14,500 emergency attendances annually. Located in the Northern Rivers (NSW), on the banks of the Richmond River, near the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Richmond Range National Park. Byron Bay is just over an hour's drive away.
Position Details
- Shift times: 1000 - 2000
- RMO/JMO
- PGY3 - $130p/hr | PGY5 - $145p/hr

- Must have current AHPRA registration as a medical practitioner
