Customer Engagement Representative

Based in our Airlie Beach display suite, you will be the primary point of contact for local walk-ins and online enquiries. Your responsibilities will include:
* Qualifying and responding to new enquiries
* Managing site inspections
* Coordinating social media posts and responding to enquiries
* Executing local marketing tasks and optimising social media content to drive engagement
* Collaborating with builders and external real estate agents
* Providing exceptional customer service to all phone/email and walk-in enquiries
About You: We are seeking an individual who is energetic, personable, and passionate about sales and marketing. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited by the opportunity to work in the Whitsunday region. To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current driver's licence and reliable transport
* Weekend availability
* Strong self-management and ability to meet deadlines
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Real estate or development sales experience (preferred)
* Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies, including social media posting and content creation
