Responsibilities and duties
* Undertake day-to-day functions and operations of the organisation's records management system in accordance with defined procedures
* Provide advice to team members on records management procedures and best practices
* Contribute to the regular review and update of processes, policies, and manuals
* Support audits, compliance reviews, and reporting activities as required
* Implement and maintain a structured records framework in line with established classification schemes
* Support the migration of records between systems, liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure consistency and accuracy
* Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, briefings, and documentation as required
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective information and records management practices
* Assist with review, governance, and quality assurance processes as required
* Support continuous improvement of information management systems and processes
* Perform other duties within the scope of the role as required.
