Job Description
As a Culinary Artist, you will be responsible for preparing and producing high-quality food items for buffet and à la carte menus. You will ensure compliance with prescribed recipes and specifications, while maintaining exceptional technical expertise in culinary techniques.
You will work closely with the team to support and ensure compliance with all Food & Beverage policies, standards and procedures. This includes maintaining accurate records of food preparation, handling and storage.
