Role Overview

* This role is a key part of the implementation of the Enterprise Access Model (EAM). The IAM Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to support the transition.
Responsibilities:

* Evaluate and identify existing business processes, knowledge base articles, and procedural control libraries affected by the transition.
* Document current-state workflows and propose updates to ensure alignment with the new access framework.
* Assist in the development of clear and effective communications to support end-user readiness and adoption.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, ensure alignment, and facilitate a seamless transition.
* Support implementation logistics, including coordinating the procurement and distribution of hardware security keys or tokens and related support procedures.
Requirements:

* The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
* A deep understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts and technologies.
