We have partnered with a high-profile client in the sporting industry to find a Senior Designer to join their brand and creative team.
This full-time, onsite role in Townsville offers the chance to step into a leadership position where you will not only create engaging design work but also mentor and guide a small creative team.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping and protecting the brand across multiple channels, ensuring consistency and impact in everything from high-level campaigns to day-to-day creative assets.
Working closely with the brand team and wider departments, you will produce a wide range of creative outputs, including membership and merchandise campaigns, partnership activations, community initiatives, and BAU deliverables such as social tiles and digital rollouts.
The role will see you balancing the hands-on design with team leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
